OUR PRIORITY COMMITMENTS
We want to expand the reach of our CSR strategy and ensure that all our employees champion the programme. That’s why we are launching a training course dedicated to CSR.
By 2023, 100% of our employees will have attended our CSR training; and by 2025, their variable pay will include CSR targets.
WATER USED PER LITRE OF SYRUP PRODUCED
In the heart of the Alps, all our products are made using water from the Greater Chambéry catchment area. Water is an essential part of our syrups, and its conservation has a special place in our CSR strategy.
Our ambition by 2025 is to use 2.73 litres of water per litre of syrup produced. That’s a saving of more than five million litres of water.
Consuming better and offering healthier recipes, with fewer artificial ingredients.
By 2025, 46.5% of our branded products will contain zero artificial flavourings and artificial colourings.
